GajiTim is an application that helps businesses to manage employees easier. You’ll be able to monitor or track employee attendance, calculate their salary, and share the payment slip online whenever and wherever you are. Equipped with business features and insights, GajiTim enables your business to gain better employee retention.

GajiTim is totally FREE. You can utilize all features inside the app for FREE. We promise no extra or hidden charge for your usage.

GajiTim is an application for online employee attendance management and salary calculation. Therefore, you can get these benefits:

GajiTim enables online employee management, attendance monitoring and tracking, salary calculation, and payment slip distribution easier. You can use it wherever and whenever you need it.

So, of course, GajiTim is not an online lending application.

At the moment, GajiTim is only available on Google Play Store.

Steps for registering your business to GajiTim:

  1. Download GajiTim app on Playstore
  2. Insert your phone number to register
  3. Choose SMS/Whatsapp to get OTP number
  4. Input OTP number on the app
  5. Choose your preferred language for GajiTim app
  6. Insert company name
  7. Insert your full name
  8. Insert employees’ phone numbers
  9. Click Confirm

Congratulations! Your business and you are now registered on GajiTim. You can start to use the app by adding employee information.

If your employees are paid monthly, where every month they get the same basic salary at the exact same date (i.e. every 25th of the month), then you can choose ‘Monthly’ category for your employee. To use it, after you add the employee information, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Monthly category
  2. Fill in the payday date
  3. Fill in the salary amount
  4. Confirm

If your employees are paid daily and the salary amount is the same for everyday, then you can choose ‘Daily’ category for your employee. To use it, after you add the employee information, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Daily category
  2. Fill in the payday date
  3. Fill in the salary amount
  4. Confirm

If your employees are paid hourly and the hourly fee is the same, then you can choose ‘Hourly’ category for your employee.

To use it, after you add the employee information, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Hourly category
  2. Fill in the payday date
  3. Fill in the salary amount
  4. Confirm
  5. Then, from the attendance menu, choose the start date
  6. Add the start and end working hour

If your employees are paid per job done or project, then you can choose ‘Work Unit’ for your employee. To use it, after you add the employee information, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Work Unit category
  2. Fill in the payday date
  3. Fill in the salary amount
  4. Fill in the work unit or project
  5. Fill in the work description
  6. Confirm
  1. From the employee list, choose the employee name
  2. Choose Salary
  3. Click on Allowance
  4. Fill in the allowance date and type
  5. Confirm

The steps below are to remove or edit any salary cuts for employees in GajiTim.

  1. Login to GajiTim app using the registered phone number
  2. Insert the OTP number sent to SMS/Whatsapp
  3. Choose ‘Salary’ tab and pick the employee name
  4. Pick the salary period that you want to edit
  5. Click the pencil icon to start editing or removing the employees.

The steps below are to share payment slips in GajiTim.

  1. Login to GajiTim app using the registered phone number
  2. Insert the OTP number sent to SMS/Whatsapp
  3. Click ‘Salary’ tab and choose the employee name
  4. Click the ‘Payslip’ button on top right
  5. Choose the salary period/cycle for the employee, then click ‘Confirm’ button
  6. Click ‘Download’ or ‘Share to Whatsapp’
  1. From the employee list, choose the employee name
  2. Click setting
  3. Choose Personal Information/Salary Management/other information that you want to edit
  4. Confirm
  1. Go to attendance page and input your employee attendance type
  2. For employee in Hourly category, you can also input the start and end of working hour
  3. Now you have successfully input your employee attendance.

  1. From the employee list, choose the employee name
  2. Click the arrow pointing down
  3. Choose ‘Remove Attendance’
  4. Then, choose ‘Yes’

The steps below are to remove employee(s) on GajiTim app.

  1. Login to GajiTim app using the registered phone number
  2. Insert the OTP number sent to SMS/Whatsapp
  3. Go to ‘Salary’ tab and choose the employee name
  4. Go to ‘Profile’ tab
  5. Click the ‘Delete Employee’ button, then choose ‘Yes’ to confirm the employee data removal.
